Higher resolution models[edit]

These enhancements are significantly more performance intensive. Ensure your PC is significantly more powerful than the recommended system specifications to ensure there is no loss of performance. Also note that this won't work for some people while it works for others. This is completely at random and cannot be fixed.

Bug fix modification[edit]

Full details of this modification are here.Soulstorm was a very incomplete expansion, and due to the demise of Iron Lore Entertainment shortly after its release, there was little to no post-launch support.

  • This mod intends to fix a majority of 'obvious' bugs (such as upgrades doing less damage than their originals) and implements advanced Skirmish AI.
  • Highly recommended for those who play solo (skirmish/campaign).
  • Also recommended for those who play online, but all players must have this mod installed.
This mod breaks Campaign movies (fix provided on mod download page).

Dawn of War Professional[edit]

An extremely dedicated group of individuals put together this 'alternative' version of Dawn of War. While an acquired taste and significantly different to the base game, it offers a more intricate and interesting experience, with unit roles switched up, some upgrades that were removed in expansions restored, and additional content created by the community. All units are designed to play a role until late game.

Persistent Campaign Bases[edit]

The mechanics in the Campaign changed between Dark Crusade and Soulstorm, causing the loss of 'consistent bases' (buildings built in previous missions are there for the next mission on that map). This can be fixed by installing this mod.

This hotfix is mostly just adding a ton of polish to the 2.9.3 package. While we couldn't address every bug issue we received, the ones that have been pushed to later patches have been deemed non-vital. So.. yeah, enjoy.

Melta Bomb -
Throws a melta bomb at an enemy vehicle or monstrous creature. Melta bombs do 160 melta damage, reduce rotation rate by 60%, and reduce speed by 60% for 15 seconds. Cooldown 60 seconds. (Does not stack with other meltas.)
Onslaught Injectors and Light Weight Drug have been merged into only Onslaught Injectors. Available in T1. Cost set to 100/25.
Onslaught Injectors -
Passively increases Movement Speed by 0.5 and charge range by 3 (15 to 18) and gives the Eversor +1 Melee skill each Tier.

Various Daemonhunter wargear have been renamed. Their UI positions, costs and effects are unchanged unless specified:
Armor of Fortitude -> Armour of Fortitude
